build “muscle” for 7 hours of GT. Don’t do 5 hours one day and then 2 the next. Be consistent.
I get wiped out after a big day. The next day I don’t feel like it. (Don’t go to the extreme on your first day back to the gym; you’ll get sore and miss the rest of the week).
Don’t stop and celebrate. Celebrate and do more. (After I hit my GT target, I have a tendency to slack off a bit. Celebrate that week and then raise the goals/standard moving forward.
