Realtor DTR Campaign

Concept

  • A system where we strengthen our relationships with our best Referral partners by sending them small gifts throughout the year.

Mission, Statement, Purpose

  • The purpose of this campaign is to maintain our relationships with our Realtors in order to bring in more business. We don’t want to lose or miss the opportunity to work with great Realtors.

Overview

  • Once every 2 months, use the DTR list to send out gifts.
    • $20 gifts to the VIP’s/Accounts, and $10 gifts to the A’s, B’s, Courting, and Forever Courting Groups.
  • Send the Builders in the VIP’s list the gifts in the office before purchasing more gifts.
  • Spend no more than $1,450 for the gifts every other month.
  • Send gifts in addition to the Birthday Program gifts.
  • Look at the metrics for the campaign once a month to see if we are on track to complete our goal.

Agenda

  • The first week of January is when everything is set to begin.
  • Starting January 1, 2021:
    • PJ to send everyone in the DTR list the Weekly Update Email and monthly event invites.
    • MP to start calling and maintaining relationships.
    • PJ and Sheri to connect on the gifts (starting in February).
    • SB to get the gifts and send them out.
  • PJ, SB, and MP to connect the first week every other month to make sure MP is good with the list and gifts.
  • PJ and SB to connect the first week every other month to decide the gifts.
  • PJ and SB to connect the second week every other month to purchase and send out the gifts.
  • PJ and SB to give the Builders the gifts in the office.

Expense Summary (For 1 Year)

  • Total Gifting Spend: $7,200
  • Total Birthday Program Spend: $2,330
  • Total Gifting and Birthday Spend: $9,530
  • Total Gifting and Birthday Spend without Builder gifts: $7,610

Questions for MP:

  • Thoughts on the funding gifts?
    • How much to spend? $20 (candles are always good)
    • If one person has multiple funding’s, do we keep sending them thank-you gifts?
  • Would you prefer doing every month rather than every 2 months?
    • Once every 2 months is good. (Could be a little off.)
  • What is the max you would like to spend in 2021?
    • Doesn’t matter but make them good and be consistent.
  • If there are 121 in the DTR program that would need calls, how many calls can you make in a week?
    • 4-5 dials every 30 minutes
  • The calls would be as follows:
    • (1) Once every week
    • (50) Once every 2 weeks
    • (44) Once every 4 weeks
    • (6) Once every 6 weeks
    • (20) Once every 8 weeks
  • Are the calls something I need to monitor? (Perhaps something we review in the monthly metrics?)
  • Should PJ set up a calling calendar?
  • Can we set a meeting the last week of January to finalize the DTR list so we can start gifts in February?
  • Is there anything else to consider before starting this in February?
