Requirements: What’s Needed

  • Why / Motivation (Mission statemet – can’t be money or family. Once those were hit, MP was in a funk)
    • Motivation is temporary
    • Commitment is permanent
  • Positive attitude 
  • Goals
    • Where’s the gap? What’s keeping you from blowing up? 
  • Plan
    • Why – Bear chasing you – my 2024 was down because of me.  My vision/goal. 
    • New vision. New me. Renewed Passion: now I’m chasing whales. 
  • Belief needs to turn to conviction (I KNOW it will work).
    • Whether you think you can or your can’t., you’re right 
  • Community / support group
  • Accountability
  • Execute:
    • Takes focus and consistency
    • The hard things are the right things

Don’t over complicate it.

Spent 15 minutes with a pen and blank paper. (We recommend pen over a computer)

Answer this simple questions: What do you want 12 months from now. Write down anything that comes to mind.

It can be anything you want and relate to any category. Don’t sweat the details, we’ll figure those out later.

The goals don’t need metrics. It may be better to not have them. We’ll figure out metrics later.

Mark’s as of December:

  • Recruiting – firing on all cylinders
    • campaigns fully running
    • meetings constantly set (8 per week)
    • Kris’s platform is up and running
    • 6 new LOs and a minimum of $100M new production to branch.
    • On boarding and training process to be top notch
  • Chasing Excellence Running
    • Weekly emails with great content
    • Host two big events (400 people by Dec)
    • 1,000 subscribers
  • Builders
    • Builder campaign fully running
    • 3 new good builders (that close 50 per year with us)
  • Realtors
    • LO in MSA office
    • One more MSA
    • 50+ Realtors closing deals with us

Now think Wheel of Life: Faith, Family (Spouse), Family, Friends, Self, Health, Wealth, Work

Friends – I’d like a guy trip

Self – I’d like more guitar. Read a book a week. (Neither of these have high passion behind them)

Wealth – track frivolous spending. Change habit of buying whatever and whenever I want. Button down expenses.

Work – see above. Also, want 5 hours of Gold Time for first half of year. Then turn it to 10 hours. Want 25 hours of GT per week. (May need to recategorize this for working with LOs and coaching. TBD.
