    • Watch MBS Hwy & Cramer (while brushing teeth)
    • Make Pink Drink
  • 5:30
    • Mediate for 5 minutes
    • Yoga for 25 minutes (listen to Podcast or Audible)
  • 6:00
    • Workout
  • 7:00
    • Cold Shower
    • Breakfast with Kids
    • Take Vitamins
  • 7:30
    • Daily Devotionals
    • Read for 15 minutes
    • Gratitude Journal
    • Log in “Habits” App
  • 8:00
    • Dominate the day
  • 18:00
    • Stop work
  • 20:30
    • Spanish App for 15 minutes with Girls
    • Prayers
    • Get ready for bed
  • 21:00
    • Bedtime (hopefully).

Miracle Mornings:

I get 7 hours of sleep at least fove times a week (but never less than 6).

I don’t snooze for more than 5 minutes during the week

I listen to MBS Hwy every weekday.

I watch Cramer every weekday.

I drink my pink drink everyday.

I meditate five times a week

  • I stretch 5 days a week
  • I workout six times a week
  • I take cold showers during the week
  • I read for an hour a week.
  • I like to an audible book for one hour a week
