  • To create a strategic approach to creating and distributing blog content
  • To create and implement a schedule of drafting and launching blog content

Mission/Purpose

  • Blog content is to inform individuals on a variety of topics such as market updates, helpful tips, realtor resources, business boosters, and more.

Strategy

  • End goal
    • 1 Market Update blog a week
    • 2 topic specific blogs a month
      • Clients
      • Realtors
      • LO’s
      • Business boosters/strategies
      • Tips
    • Total goal = 6 blogs a month
  • Elevation strategy:
    • January 1st – Begin uploading Market Update blog bi-weekly
    • February 1st – Add 1 topic blog a month
    • March 1st – Upload Market Update blog weekly now
    • April 1st – Add another topic blog a month
  • Where is blog content distributed?
    • Market Updates – MM.com only
    • Rotating topics – MM.com and email send out

Goal is 1 a week –

  • Promote on socials, email, mail, text, Facebook ad
  • Team can have sign up for blog in our signature
  • Put on PQ letters to check out recent blog
  • Weekly email – post on following Monday
  • Friday weekend warrior text can tell people to check out blog post
  • Post on Tuesday, post Wednesdays to promote, promote at L&L,
  • A new page – talking about something in depth
    • Highlight it in weekly video

On Thursdays we are promoting our article page on MM.com

Tuesday – blog post

Wednesday – promote social media

Thursday – highlight in weekly video

Friday – weekend warrior text

Mail – promote blog on anything we send out
