Phone / Activity Tracking

  • Auto record data entries and keystrokes (i.e. see a history of changes in the event someone modifies an entry).
  • Ring Central Stats
    • Auto track phone log (VMs left an calls made) – and provides time stamp and duration
    • Track calls and answers – see who’s picking up the phone (with parameters – don’t count evenings or the person that calls seven times in a row). 
  • Call Log

  • Account Pyramid / List Management
    • It would be insanely awesome to have it upgrade, and downgrade (and alert you) based on referral sources leads, conversion, and compare that to their ability (i.e. MMI stats)
    • Automatically update MMI stats (and customize them to you). i.e. They did 12 buysides and we got 3 of them.
    • Be able to show how much we’ve touched a lead source
      • Ex: 9 VM and 4 TT in last 30 days
      • Gift sent
      • 7 drip emails, 4 custom emails
      • 3 auto text
