(SH) Weekend Warrior – get Lory and Kubitz involved.
o Get more serious. Have all PQs from weekend done by Monday. MM inbox updated and clean. Must be available from 10-2 all days; but you can work the file and call back anytime on the weekend. Ex: 1 pm an email is sent for a PQ need, you call and tell them you’re at a soccer game and schedule a time to call them back at 3:00 when you are home. (I.e. beyond the 2:00 time but making up for being out from 10-2).
o Call all builders from 10 to 11 and let them know you’re waiting for PQs
o Call your client list for next week
o Call Realtors that closed with us in the last two months and ask for biz.
o Gets ½ day Friday (claim all Friday’s full 8 hours on timecard && claim the 8 hours from th weekend for OT).
o All MM should be cleaned out, all PQs from weekend need to be done.
o Sunday night – clean all MM inbox

– the LP1 gets Thursday off, then the following Friday is a half day, AND they get 5 hours of OT pay for Saturday. (i.e. they get 1.5 day paid time off PLUS five hours of OT). They must answer phones from 5:30 to 7:30 pm that week and come in the office on Saturday. Calls are expected to be made.
