    • Get 5 hours of green time.

    • 90% Calendar Accuracy

Mondays:

    • Call Top 40 Realtors (Whales you’re courting)

    • Review DTR list

    • Email “Product of the Week”

Tuesdays:

    • Tuesday Updates – update all parties (both Realtors, title, and clients) about the loans in process

    • Text “Product of the Week”

Wednesday:

    • Call PQed Leads

    • “Open Mic” calls

Thursdays:

    • Call Top 40 Realtors (existing relationships) – call those active with clients

    • Weekly Video of Market Update

    • Coaching, Mentor, and 1-on-1 Call

    • Auto VM Drop to Clients House Hunting (ask if they need updated PQ letter)

Fridays:

    • Call VIPs (15 per week = 60 per month)

    • Call 20 LO Recruits

    • Send 60 personal Text Videos to Realtors

    • Auto VM Drop to Realtors about Weekend Warrior Coverage

    • Record videos in bulk

    • Record Podcast

    • Review Retargeting / Adwords

    • Experiment with ChatGPT

    • Turn in GTX

Weekly

    • Events – attend at least one event per week (Realtor MLS events, Chamber of Commerce, etc.)       

    • Blog twice a week (if you have a full-time SEO person)

    • Listen to two podcasts (ex: “All In”, Ed Mylett, etc.)

Monthly

    • Post-Closing Calls (thank them for biz, remind them of first payment)

    • Pop Bys

    • As needed: Holiday Stuff (social posts, giveaways, contest, charity, etc.)

    • Cheesy Gifts

    • Client Newsletter Video (Email)

    • Monthly Mailings (holidays, generic, etc.)

    • Meetings
      • Culture Club (i.e. Wheel of Life)
