  • REMINDER OF OUR TEAM GOAL FOR PRODUCTION-  15 or 20 UNITS / MONTH
  • LOAN PROGRAM SPOTLIGHT-  LO rotation
  • MENTAL MINDSET- quote/book/ thoughts/etc.- LO rotation
  • QUICK HEADS UP ON CHANGES TO TEAM OR MARKET ANALYSIS- from Mark
  • GET TO THE DATA- Each LO reports their numbers

  • SCENARIO CHALLENGE SUBMISSION-   LO’s can offer suggestions on a fix for a loan that’s having problems or trying to get approved/PQ’d
  • MARKETING REVIEW FROM RILEY/ PAIGE-  Our P & R team will review our videos / postings to make suggestions.    
  • SPOT LIGHTS / CHALLENGES/GOALS / TO DO’S FOR THE NEXT WEEK-  Mark to set the challenge for the Week

Accountability. – Limited though.  The online group [with the Core- Lady Lenders] seem down on their energy and seem (*from my perspective) looking to me for energy and new ideas.

Every Other week I get a group training  with other female lenders that are in California and Chicago & Florida.   WE talk about challenges and marketing ideas together with our coach and amongst ourselves.- This is mostly what I’m getting out of the group.
